SCRATCH THAT! ….Great story on Channel 6 news last night, although I was mortified to hear myself say that , “we make EVERYTHING from scratch, everyday.” In the heat of the moment/kitchen, I was trying to communicate that we start everyday with flour , sugar, butter and our base cakes. Each of our 25 or so cupcakes can have in excess of a dozen ingredients, used to fill/flavor/garnish them. We rely on vendors from around the world to provide us with premium products that go into completing each of our unique creations. If we can find an ingredient (like a Dulce de Leche, made by a little company in Miami which specializes in an incredibly delicious shelf stable version of this product), that we can’t make better, or make on our own, we use it. Our goal is to provide customers with unsurpassed choices in homemade cupcakes, all utilizing the best ingredients available, at a price which wont break the piggy bank! Lots of love, Miss Holly
